HANES PUT ON WAIVERS

Kamloops, BC – The Kamloops Blazers have put 20-year-old forward Ryan Hanes on 48 hour waivers. WHL teams will have until Thursday to pick the veteran forward up.

“Ryan has bled blue and orange through his three seasons with the Kamloops Blazers,” commented General Manager, Craig Bonner. “We want to thank Ryan for his time as a Blazer and wish him the best of luck this upcoming season.”

The Blazers are now down to four 20-year-olds with Jordan DePape, Brendan Ranford, Dylan Willick and Austin Madaisky. The hockey club can only carry a maximum of three 20-year-olds. The deadline to get to three 20-year-olds is in mid-October.
