LETTER FROM CO-OWNER & GOVERNOR, TOM GAGLARDI

This accident is such a deeply devastating tragedy and our thoughts and prayers have been with the players, staff, families and friends of all those involved with the Humboldt Broncos. The team bus in all sports represents the place where bonds are built and memories that last forever are created. This hits home to so many people, the Dallas Stars, Texas Stars, Kamloops Blazers and Northland families want to send our deepest condolences to all those affected.

In response to the accident, the various entities of Northland Properties will provide:

  • Complimentary rooms at the Sandman Hotel for family members who have traveled to be with their loved ones at Saskatchewan hospitals
  • Meal donations from Moxie’s Grill and Bar / Shark Club Sports Bar and Grill / Chop Steakhouse and Bar / Denny’s restaurants

Additionally, the Dallas Stars players, led by Captain Jamie Benn, will donate $10,000 to the cause and the Dallas Stars Foundation will match that $10,000 contribution.

We can’t imagine what these families are going through and the community of Humboldt will remain in our hearts and minds.
