MARK RECCHI ELECTED TO HOCKEY HALL OF FAME

Kamloops native, Blazers alumni and co-owner Mark Recchi will be inducted in the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto this November.

Recchi has 5 Stanley Cup Rings including winning three as a player in 1991 with Pittsburgh, 2006 with Carolina and 2011 with Boston. He has also won two cups as a Player Development Coach with Pittsburgh in 2016 and 2017.

He is 5th in NHL history with 1652 games played over 22 seasons. He is 12th in NHL history with 1533 career points.

The induction ceremony will take place at the Hockey Hall of Fame in Toronto in November 2017.
