TRAINING CAMP SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

Kamloops, BC – The Kamloops Blazers will open training camp next week with registration for all players on Thursday, August 23^rd at 5:00pm in the Parkside Lounge in the Interior Savings Centre. All returning and list players will participate in fitness testing starting at 10:00am at the Tournament Capital Centre on August 23^rd.  

Ice sessions will begin on Friday, August 24^th with Rookie Camp starting at 9:00am at the McArthur Island Sports Centre. Rookie Camp ice sessions on Friday and Saturday will run from 9:00am – 9:15pm.

On Sunday, August 25^th the Hockey Club will begin Main Camp with three teams at McArthur Island Sports Centre with ice times running from 9:00am – 1:00pm. The Blazers will move back to Interior Savings Centre on Monday, August 26^th for ice sessions from 9:00am – 1:00pm. Training Camp will conclude with the annual Blue vs. White game on Tuesday, August 28^th at the Interior Savings Centre starting at 7:00pm. Tickets are $5 for the Blue versus White intra-squad game.

All three exhibition home games will be at the Interior Savings Centre with the first game on Thursday, August 30^th when the Blazers host the Victoria Royals.   

Training Camp rosters will be released at a later date.
