BLAZERS REASSIGN VANDERHOEK

Kamloops, BC – The Kamloops Blazers have reassigned 18 year old forward Richard Vanderhoek to the Surrey Eagles of the BCHL.

Vanderhoek, a 6th round Bantam pick in 2006, played 6 exhibition games and collected 1 goal with the Blazers.

Jimmy Bubnick will also be rejoining the hockey club today after attending the Atlanta Thrashers training camp. Bubnick, a 6th round pick of the Thrashers in 2009, will not be practicing today.
