BLAZERS CLOSE SEASON WITH A 6-5 SHOOTOUT WIN IN PG

The future shone bright for the Blazers in their regular season finale in Prince George on Saturday night. 16-year-old forward Connor Zary led the way with two goals, an assist and a shootout goal in a 6-5 win in Prince George.

Brodi Stuart and Luc Smith each had a goal and an assist and Tylor Ludwar had two assists. Devan Harrison scored his first career WHL goal while Nick Chyzowski and Connor Zary had goals in the shootout.

Max Palaga earned his fifth win of the season with 29 saves. The Blazers were 1-for-5 on the power play and 2-for-3 on the penalty kill.

The Blazers finished the regular season with a 30-37-1-4 record.
