BLAZERS FALL 4-2 IN FINAL HOME REGULAR SEASON GAME

Jermaine Loewen and Connor Zary had goals, but the Blazers fell 4-2 on home ice to Prince George.

Loewen opened the scoring in the first period, but the Cougars replied with four straight goals to pull away 4-1.

Zary had a third period goal as the Blazers fired a season high 54 shots on goal including 22 in the third period.

The Blazers finished the night 1-for-5 on the power play, while the Cougars were 1-for-3.

These two teams will meet again in Prince George on Saturday night to close out the season.
