BLAZERS SIGN LOGAN EDMONSTONE TO WHL SCHOLARSHIP AGREEMENT

KAMLOOPS BLAZER SIGN 2007-BORN GOALTENDER LOGAN EDMONSTONE
Kamloops, BC – The Kamloops Blazers have announced that the hockey club has signed 2007-born goaltender Logan Edmonstone to a WHL Scholarship and Development Agreement.
Edmonstone is from Saskatoon, SK and plays for the Saskatoon Contacts of the Saskatchewan U18 AAA Hockey League. In 23 regular season games, Edmonstone had a 16-6-0-0 record along with a 2.51 goals against average, a .914 save percentage and four shutouts.
The 5’11” and 165lb goaltender suited up for Team Saskatchewan at the Canada Winter Games in February. He helped lead Team Saskatchewan to a Silver Medal at the event in Prince Edward Island.
“We would like to welcome Logan and his family to the Kamloops Blazers organization,” said General Manager / Head Coach, Shaun Clouston. “Logan had a great performance at the Canada Winter Games and has also had a terrific season with the Saskatoon Contacts. We look forward to being a part of his continued development over the coming years.”
Edmonstone was selected by the Blazers in the eighth round of the 2022 WHL Prospects Draft.
He is the fourth player that has signed a WHL Scholarship and Development agreement in the 2007-born age group joining forwards Nathan Behm and Andrew Thomson along with defensemen Isa Guram.
