BLAZERS CLINCH B.C. DIVISION TITLE WITH 8-1 WIN

The Kamloops Blazers won 8-1 in Tri-City to clinch the 2020 B.C. Division.

Reese Belton and Tyler Carpendale each had two goals and Zane Franklin and Kyrell Sopotyk each had a goal and two assists. Connor Zary, Logan Stankoven and Caedan Bankier each had two assists and Montana Onyebuchi and Orrin Centazzo had a goal and an assist.

Rayce Ramsay stopped 16 shots for his 13th win of the season.

The Blazers will conclude the weekend with a game at 4:00pm in Tri-City tomorrow.

The Blazers will play at home for the first two playoff games on Friday, March 27th and Saturday, March 28th with their opponent to be determined. Tickets to Games 1 and 2 of the playoffs go on sale on Monday, March 9th at 9:00am.
