BLAZERS FALL 6-3 IN VICTORIA

The Victoria Royals scored five unanswered goals in a 6-3 loss to the Victoria Royals on Saturday night.

Brodi Stuart, Jermaine Loewen and Zane Franklin scored goals for the Blazers. Nolan Kneen and Orrin Centazzo each had two assists.

The Blazers outshot the Royals 38-34 as Dylan Ferguson took the loss in goal with 28 saves and Griffen Outhouse earned the win with 35 stops.

The Blazers were 2-for-4 on the power play and 4-for-5 on the penalty kill.

The Blazers will return home for three games next week as they host Portland on Wednesday, October 3rd and Friday, October 5th before hosting the Victoria Royals on Saturday, October 6th.
