BLAZERS WIN 10-1 OVER THUNDERBIRDS

The Kamloops Blazers scored 10 goals for the first time since 2012 in a 10-1 win over the Seattle Thunderbirds.

Connor Zary had three goals, Zane Franklin and Montana Onyebuchi each scored twice and Max Martin had four assists. Martin Lang and Ryan Hughes each had a goal and two assists and Logan Stankoven had a goal and an assist. Daylan Kuefler recorded his first WHL point with an assist and Inaki Baragano recorded his first career WHL assist.

Dylan Garand made 19 stops for the win as the Blazers improved to 15-7-0-0 on the season.

The Blazers will head to Prince George for two games this weekend against the Cougars.
