STANKOVEN GETS 4 POINTS IN BLAZERS 6-1 WIN OVER KELOWNA

Logan Stankoven continued his strong preseason with four points in a 6-1 win over the Kelowna Rockets at home on Friday night. Stankoven leads the WHL with 14 points in five WHL preseason games as the Blazers improved to 6-0-0-0 in the preseason.

Josh Pillar, Inaki Baragano, Connor Zary and Zane Franklin all scored goals as Kobe Mohr picked up two assists.

Dylan Garand had the start in goal and turned aside 13 shots, while James Porter took the loss for the Rockets with 36 saves.

These two teams will meet again on Saturday night in Kelowna to conclude the WHL Preseason.
